Define actions that happen when the hash portion of the URL changes.
Useful for triggering actions when navigating between sections in a single-page layout or responding to anchor link changes.
This interaction lets you define one set of actions for when the specified hash is added to the URL, and a different set of actions for when the hash is removed.
